Telescopic closing element: Each wall is equipped with a telescopic closing element. This is the last element when closing the wall and the first element when you open the wall.

HUB: The telescopic closing element perfectly closes the wall both horizontally and vertically. The horizontal push bars can extend 45 mm, the vertical HUB has an extend range of 130 mm. The front of the HUB profile is equipped with double sealing rubbers

Horizontal sealing: The specially developed rubber profiles within the pressure bars ensure a perfect coupling. In combination with the vertical aluminum tube profiles, they ensure optimum acoustic performance.

Height differences: The pressure bars can extend up to 45 mm and are equipped with elastic rubber seals to compensate for any unevenness in the floor.

Element coupling: The perfect connection between the elements is achieved with a central rubber profile.

Outer plates: The outer plates are made of 12 mm high-quality chipboard V20E1 / 720.

The frame has rubber profiles on the inner sides around which the outer boards are pressed, fully self-supporting. As a result, there is no direct contact between the frame and outer boards guaranteeing optimum acoustic performance.

Suspension construction with sound barrier

Where in the market it is customary to work with simple threaded rods, Multiwal developed a solid bracket construction manufactured using a boxed steel profile 50 x 40 mm. The bracket construction can be adjusted to any desired size so that a perfect horizontal rail construction is created.

The sound barrier is constructed from different materials depending on the desired sound insulation.
